झारखंड HC ने JSSC-CGL नियुक्ति रद्दीकरण पर स्टे बढ़ाया; जांच मॉनिटरिंग रिटायर्ड जज करेंगे

On 8 September 2026 the Jharkhand High Court stayed the state order cancelling 99 JSSC-CGL appointments (petition by Akash Gaurav and 98 others) and sought replies by 15 September. On 18 September it extended the stay and appointed a retired High Court judge to oversee the investigation into recruitment irregularities.
