Who is affected, and how
Candidates already appointed through CGL
Because of the High Court stay, those already working can continue in service for now. Their final position depends on the court's decision after hearing all parties.
Candidates who appeared but were not selected
There is no official re-exam date yet. Any fresh exam, and whether it requires a new application, will be announced by JSSC.
Other TDPL-linked exams
The government's decision covered other exams handled by the same agency. Check the official JSSC website for notices about your specific exam. For example, JSSC has recently published a notice regarding cancellation of JIS(CKHT)CCE-2023.
What you should do
- Keep your admit card, OMR copy, result and appointment papers safe.
- Do not pay anyone who promises to "restore" a selection or "fix" a result.
- Keep preparing — the syllabus for a future CGL is unlikely to change much.
- Apply for active recruitments such as the JSSC Para Teacher (JTAACCE) 2026 if you are eligible.
