- PwD: disability certificate from the competent medical authority
- Ex-servicemen: discharge certificate / service book
- Government employees: NOC from the employer
- Teacher posts: JTET certificate, B.Ed / D.El.Ed certificate
- Nursing posts: Jharkhand Nursing Council registration
- Name change: gazette notification or affidavit
Common mistakes that cause rejection
- Claiming a category without a valid certificate on the cut-off date.
- A name spelling that differs between the Matric certificate and other documents.
- A blurry photo or signature, or the wrong file size.
- Applying under a backlog or special advertisement without meeting its condition.
- Not saving the final submitted form and fee receipt.
Simple habits
- Keep scanned copies in one folder (PDF and JPG) and backed up to cloud storage.
- Keep 2 – 3 self-attested photocopy sets ready.
- Renew time-bound certificates (EWS, NCL) well before applying.
