A preparation plan while you wait
Technical subject (50% of your time)
Revise your core degree subjects from standard textbooks and solve objective questions from previous state PSC/SSC technical papers. Focus on fundamentals — that is what objective papers test.
Jharkhand GK and current affairs (30%)
Cover history (Santhal Hul, Ulgulan, CNT/SPT Acts), geography (rivers, minerals, waterfalls), tribes and PVTGs, the state budget and 2026 developments. Our free Jharkhand GK test is a quick way to check your level.
Language paper (20%)
Hindi and English grammar, comprehension and vocabulary. Don't ignore the qualifying or regional-language component — failing it can cost you the whole exam.
Important caution
Given the recent controversies around JSSC-CGL and data-processing agencies, rumours about JSSC exams spread fast. Trust only notices published on the official website.
